Teach For America is a well-known career starter for recent grads fresh out of college. Given as an in-class assignment, I was tasked with creating copy for a website aimed at getting minority prospective applicants to press the APPLY NOW button. I distilled a large amount of data on minority educators and education success into a simple idea:

 

"Someone inspired you as a child,
now you can do the same."
